Ms. Ni Wang specializes in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and corporate business and her practice areas include new energy and real estate. She has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and has provided legal services to multinational companies in the fields of solar power, wind power and energy storage. Her responsibilities include designing and drafting transaction schemes, offering legal advice, conducting due diligence, drafting legal documents and negotiating. Ms. Wang also has experience in real estate and general corporate affairs. She has represented domestic and foreign clients in multiple real estate development and M&A projects, covering land acquisition, primary development, construction and development, sales, leasing and hotel management.
