Ms. Xiao Sun has extensive experience in domestic and overseas listings, major asset restructuring, the M&A of listed companies, and private investment and financing. She has provided legal services to multinational corporations, private equity funds, state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, and private companies. Her practice covers finance, TMT, biopharmaceuticals, environmental protection, new energy, commercial retail, and manufacturing.

Ms. Sun’s representative projects include Kingsoft Office's STAR Market listing, Xiaomi Group's Hong Kong listing, Carlsberg’s injection of its China beer assets into Chongqing Brewery, COFCO Real Estate’s cross-border share swap acquisition of Joy City, and Hunan TV’s integration of Mango Media business into a listed company.

Ms. Sun earned her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law, and an LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law from the University of Cologne in Germany.
