Mr. Lin Zhijun worked for Beijing office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP after graduation. He joined a well-known domestic law firm in February 2008 and worked there until the beginning of 2022. Mr. Lin Zhijun joined JunHe in early 2022.

He has about 18 years of experience in private equity investment, and has provided legal services for many well-known investment institutions, listed companies and unicorns at home and abroad, including extensive rounds from angel, VC, PE to Pre-IPO, especially the Pre-IPO rounds aimed at listing on STAR Market or A-share market. With his rich experience in the domestic capital market, Mr. Lin Zhijun provides in-depth and comprehensive professional legal services to clients and obtains trust and praise from them.

In the field of privatization and restructuring of red-chip structure, Mr. Lin Zhijun has represented many US or Hong Kong listed companies in their privatizations, and assisted many domestic enterprises in their restructuring of red-chip structure and/or onshore A-share IPO projects.

Mr. Lin Zhijun has comprehensive experience advising start-up companies in the new economy field on employee incentive matters. Mr. Lin Zhijun is good at standing in clients' shoes and providing customized services to the clients.

Graduated from Changchun Normal University with a Bachelor of Education degree in 2003 and China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Laws degree in 2006.
