Mrs. Jia Zhou joined in JunHe’s Shanghai office in 2014. She has extensive experience in private equity investment, corporate and M&A, and banking and finance, covering diverse sectors including consumer goods, healthcare, real estate, technology, Web3, energy, data centers, finance, and education.

Mrs. Zhou represents international investment institutions and multinational corporations in private equity investment and industry M&A projects for both international and domestic markets. Mrs. Zhou also represents financial institutions and financing enterprises in the cross-border financing projects of large consortiums. She provides comprehensive legal services in structuring, negotiation, and documentation, due diligence investigations, legal opinions and post-investment management.

The representative transactions advised by Mrs. Zhou include: Goldman Sachs’ investments in an automatic car wash and auto maintenance company, online Q&A platform, online fitness platform, a medical imaging company, and an educational institution; Carlyle’s equity investments in consumer goods, food industry, healthcare sector, and autonomous driving startups; CBC Group’s acquisition of biopharmaceutical real estate; Cross-border investments, acquisitions, and divestments of domestic business/assets by multinational corporations such as Heinz and Rentokil.
