Ms. Li Ran primarily specializes in corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital investment and foreign investment. She has represented venture capital funds, private equity investment funds, multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises in their investment and financing projects, mergers and acquisitions and daily compliance.

Ms. Li's practice areas include TMT, new energy and technology manufacturing, banking, real estate and medical. She handles private equity investment transactions in the internet and high-tech sectors, as well as mergers and acquisitions in banking, manufacturing, real estate and property management. Ms. Li has expertise in monitoring changes in industrial regulatory policies, assisting clients in designing transaction schemes, formulating response strategies and providing legal consultation and advice on daily compliance matters.
