Career
Mr. Xie joined JunHe in May 2015. Before joining JunHe, he worked at a Japanese law firm for ten years as a PRC legal counsel, providing Japanese companies with PRC law related services.
During his practice at the Japanese law firm, Mr. Xie advised many leading multinational companies on their business operations and investment projects in China. He is a legal expert on, among others, complicated foreign direct investment projects, M&A and restructuring projects, liquidation projects, corporate compliance and labor law matters. He has experience in various industries including construction, chemicals, food, manufacturing, automobiles, international trade, financial services, pharmaceutical and IT.

Education
Mr. Xie received his Bachelor of Economics degree from University of International Business and Economics in China in 1999. He began his study in Japan in 2000 and graduated with a LL.M. from the Graduate School of Law of Hitotsubashi University in Japan in 2004.
