Ms. Wang Juewei (Jewel) joined JunHe in 2015 and her practice covers capital markets, foreign direct investment and PE&VC. She has experience in the cross-border listing of private companies in industries such as education, TMT, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate and culture and tourism.

The representative IPO projects Ms. Wang has advised on include the Star board listing of InventisBio （688382） and the HKEX main board listings of China East Education (HK. 00667), Fosun Tourism (HK. 01992), Edvantage Group (HK. 00382), China Vocational Education (formerly known as Huali University Group HK. 01756), Tsit Wing International (HK. 02119) and Black Sesame (ongoing). She also advised on the NYSE listing of Lanvin Group (NYSE: LANV) and the Nasdaq listing and follow-up offerings of Legend Biotech (Nasdaq: LEGN).

Ms. Wang has advised on various representative PE/VC projects such as InventisBio’s Series B and Series C round financing, Lyvgen Bio’s Series A, Series B and Series C round financing, Transwarp’s Series A, Series B and Series C round financing and she represented Suzhou Xiangyuan New Materials in their Series A round financing. She also represented Orka on its Series A round financing, Gaorong Capital’s Series A round financing of Youcoffee and the Leili Investment and Series Angel+ round financing of ORIGITECH Intelligent. Ms. Wang represented Certain Capital on its Series C round financing of Yiguo E-commerce and GS on the Series D and Series E round financing of Tuhu Car.
