Mr. Wan Shang works in the Capital Market Department of Jun He LLP. He has outstanding experience in the areas of onshore and offshore IPO and private placements, private equity financing and investment, mergers and acquisitions, red-chip cross-border VIE restructuring and cross-border complex transactions. Mr. Wan Shang has clients in various industrial sectors including TMT, life science and healthcare, retail (including e-commerce), logistics, education, food, manufacturing and infrastructure.

He has extensive expertise in the onshore and offshore capital markets, assisted UCloud, General Healthy, Xiaopeng, Modern Dental and Greenland in their IPOs. He also focuses on private equity financing and investment, represented Warburg Pincus, CITIC Capital, Temasek, HOPU, Sequoia Capital, Advent International, Cornell Capital, Affirma Capital, New Frontier Capital, CDH, CRC Retail Fund, SC Investment, Oriza Capital, HLC, Fengshion and VKC Capital
