Mr. Liu Yunlong joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in corporate finance, private equity/venture capital, domestic and overseas IPOs and the refinancing of listed companies. He has experience in fields such as chip design, biomedicine, artificial intelligence, new energy and manufacturing.

Mr. Liu has provided legal services to companies including Temasek, Fourth Paradigm, Hisense, Haier, Financial Street Group, CRCC, Yonyou, Sinochem, Biokin and Witmem regarding their financing, mergers and acquisitions, investments and A-share and H-share IPOs.
