Mr. Shang is a Partner of JunHe law offices. He is based in the Shanghai office.
Since starting his career in JunHe in 2011, Mr. Shang has been focusing his professional practice on the field of capital market. He has advised many public and private companies and owns extensive expertise in the deals of public listing, private equity investment, corporate merger and restructuring.
Mr. Shang is widely acknowledged by his clients and the industry for his expertise. In 2022, Mr. Shang was selected by Asian Legal Business (ALB) as one of the Top 15 Rising Stars in Yangtze river delta.
