Mr. Niu joined JunHe in 2012 and has been involved in and served as the key team member of a number of private and public transactions for multinational companies, state-owned companies, private companies and private equity.

Mr. Niu has provided legal advice to well-known high-tech companies, private equity funds and venture capital funds with regard to their mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and venture capital investments in China. He has also acted as legal counsel to the issuer or the sponsor in various restructurings, onshore and offshore IPOs, and refinancing of high-tech and high-growth companies. Mr. Niu advises foreign private equity funds and multinational corporations on their cross-border investments and M&A transactions in China.
