Ms. Yaolei (Yilia) Ma specializes in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions and fintech. She has represented financial institutions, multinational companies and funds in structuring, negotiating and drafting and provided advice from a PRC legal perspective.

In the fields of banking and finance and M&A, she has experience in M&A financing, trade financing, project financing and syndicated financing as well as other structured financing, and financial derivatives business. This includes sectors such as energy, mining, commodity, real estate, logistics, infrastructure, healthcare, automobiles and TMT. She also has rich experience in restructuring and designing resolutions for non-performing debts.

In the field of fintech, she has assisted many financial institutions in launching their first digital finance products and has participated in the investment, acquisition and financing of technology enterprises.
