Mr. Tang joined JunHe in 2018 and is based at the Chengdu office. His main areas of practice are corporate and M&A, construction and infrastructure. With more than ten years professional experience, Mr. Tang has provided both domestic and foreign enterprises with a variety of legal services in areas such as greenfield investment, M&A, bankruptcy and liquidation, bidding and tendering, franchising and construction. He has been recommended highly by the legal magazine Chambers and Partners.

Mr. Tang is a member of the All China Lawyers Association.

Mr. Tang obtained his master’s degree in economic law and his doctor’s degree in international economic law from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He received his Master of Laws (EU law) from the University of Durham.
