Ms. Yuting He began her legal practice in 2015 and joined JunHe in 2020. She specializes in Investment Funds and Private Equity/Venture Capital.

Ms. He has experience in the full lifecycle of private equity funds， covering fund formation, investment, operation management, secondary market transactions, dispute resolution, and liquidation. She has represented leading private equity institutions, government-guided funds, market-oriented funds of funds, as well as financial institutions (e.g., insurance companies and securities firms), listed companies, large state-owned enterprises, wealth management entities, and family offices. She assists clients in establishing private equity funds with diverse legal structures, designing effective and flexible fund governance frameworks and team incentive mechanisms, and has successfully executed large-scale, complex, and innovative transactions.

Her clients include the National Council for Social Security Fund, China SME Development Fund, China Cultural Investment Fund of Funds, Source Code Capital, Bluerun Ventures, Eastern Bell Capital, CICC Capital, Goldstone Investment and CITIC Capital. Other clients include CITIC Private Equity, NRL Capital, Broad Vision Funds, HuaGai Capital, Huimei Capital, Beijing Science & Technology Innovation Fund, KunPeng Capital, Ping An Insurance, China Industrial Capital, Ciit Asset Management, SenseTime and Juewei Food.
