Mr. Jingbo Zhou is based in our Shanghai office and specializes in significant and complex cross-border transactions. He has broad experience in banking and finance, financial regulatory and compliance issues, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment.

Mr. Zhou regularly acts for leading international and Chinese sponsors and financial institutions on a variety of debt financings, including acquisition finance, pre-IPO financing, privatization finance, real estate finance, project finance and general corporate finance and other cross-border financing transactions. He has extensive experience across the real estate, logistics, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, TMT and IDC industries.

Mr. Zhou has experience advising prominent companies and institutional clients on their strategic M&As and private equity investment transactions in various sectors such as cross-border payments, big data, fintech, TMT, recruitment, retail and consumer goods. He frequently assists non-bank financial institutions in providing regulatory and compliance advice.

Prior to joining JunHe, Mr. Zhou worked in other top tier international and PRC law firms with the same practice focus.
