Career

Ms. Jin is a partner in JunHe’s Beijing office and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, PE fund investments, cross-border M&A, foreign direct investments and general corporate. She has extensive experience in complex in-bound and out-bound M&A and PE fund investments and exits.

Ms. Jin joined JunHe in 2006. From 2011 to 2016 she worked in the Beijing office of Davis Polk & Wardwell.  She joined Fangda Partners in 2016 and became a partner there.  Ms. Jin re-joined JunHe in August 2018.

In more than ten years of legal practice, Ms. Jin has represented many PE funds in their investments, including IDG, L Catterton, CPE, Hillhouse, Temasek, Warburg Pincus, and TPG.  She has also represented corporate clients including Wumart, AutraTech, Galaxy, Alluxio, mobike, Dmall and iQiyi, in their financings.  Ms. Jin, as the deal counsel, represented Meituan in its merger with Dianping and represented mobike in its merger with Meituan.  She also provided legal services to Beijing Universal Studio and other high-profile foreign direct investment projects.

Ms. Jin is recommended by IFLR 1000 as highly regarded lawyers in private equity investments.
