Mr. Xu joined JunHe in 2022 and he is currently practicing in JunHe Beijing office.

Mr. Xu specializes in RMB private fund raising and establishment and downstream investment and He has rich experience in representing private fund management institutions and sponsors in raising and setting up RMB funds and FOFs, as well as representing large institutional investors, guidance funds, FOFs, industrial investors and other investors in private equity funds. The services of Mr. Xu in the field of private equity cover all aspects of the establishment, fundraising, investment, operation, exit and liquidation of private funds.

Mr. Xu has advised the following representative clients: National Social Security Fund, CICC Capital, Broad Resources Capital, Cinda Assets, Gaocheng Capital, HUGAI Capital, Rivertown Capital, Blue Lake Capital, Crystal Stream, ICBC International Holdings Limited, Aurora Private Equity, ORG, Exciton Tech and Gettop Acoustic. Mr. Xu also has extensive experience in private equity investment and financing, and has handled a large number of investment projects on behalf of private equity funds.
