Ms. Lei has joined JunHe’s Beijing Office in 2012 and has rich experience in offshore bond offerings, panda bond offerings, offshore IPO, M&A and private equity investment transactions.

Ms. Lei specializes in onshore and offshore bond offering deals, and has accomplished many milestone panda bond offerings and offshore bond offerings, e.g. Air Liquide’s panda bond offering (the first panda bond offered through guarantee structure), Xiaomi’s panda bond offering (the first small red-chip issuer with VIE structure). Ms. Lei has also represented a number of renowned clients in their offshore bond offerings, including CNPC, CNOOC, China Huadian, SDIC, China Construction, China Merchants Securities, etc.

Ms. Lei also has rich experience in legal services for M&A and private equity investment transactions, particularly in deal structuring as well as the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. She has represented a number of renowned corporate clients and institutional investors in various deals of significant complexity, exceptional in their innovation and industrial impact.
