Ms. Zhang has been practicing law since 1995. Her legal practice mainly focuses on litigation, arbitration and general corporate legal affairs. During her long-term legal practice, Ms. Zhang has accumulated extensive experience in litigation and arbitration in a broad variety of disputes, including product quality liability, equity interest, international commerce and trade. She also has substantial experience in general corporate legal affairs, intellectual property rights and state-owned assets control counseling.

Ms. Zhang specializes in litigation and arbitration of various types including：
