Mr. Yao started his practice in 2008 and joined JunHe LLP in August 2011. Prior to joining JunHe, he practiced with King & Wood Mallesons as an associate.

Mr. Yao has been actively involved in the areas of Capital Market, Corporate and M&A, and Private Equity/Venture Capital since 2008, and has gained rich practical experience in reorganization, restructuring, domestic and overseas listing and refinance of Chinese companies, bond issuance, "new three board" listed, acquisition & restructuring of companies. He helps serve clients from various industries such as real estate, city landscape, city gas, highways, logistics, communication services, media, games, medicine and medical, chemical industry, elderly care service industry, securities companies, chemical and various manufacturing sectors. Mr. Yao has represented a number of multinational companies, including domestic and overseas listed companies, large state-owned enterprises and eminent private enterprises.
