Shelley Wang began practice in July 2006 and is a partner based in the Beijing office.

Ms. Wang assists clients in formation of private equity funds of various structures and types with extensive experience in designing effective and flexible fund structures, as well as team incentive mechanism. She has represented dozens of domestic and international leading companies and institutions in a wide variety of large, complex and innovative projects, providing services spanning over the entire process of private equity funds from fundraising to investment, operation, exit and liquidation.
