Before joining JunHe, Ms. Lian worked at the China National Petroleum Corporation for 10 years, and with Baker & Mackenzie, Mayer Brown JSM and Zhonglun W&D Law Firm for eight years. She is a listed arbitrator at the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.

Ms. Lian advises clients both at home and abroad in various aspects of oil and gas upstream and downstream projects, mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), foreign direct investment (“FDI”) and mining related projects. Her work has comprised of most aspects of these projects, from initial consultation, legal due diligence, negotiations, contract drafting (in both English and Chinese) to advising on various operational and regulatory issues engendered by oil and gas operational activities, M&A and FDI activities and mining related projects.
