Mr. Chen joined JunHe’s Hangzhou office in September 2019. Before joining JunHe, he worked as a partner in the Hangzhou office of a leading Beijing law firm in the area of securities, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and funds. Prior to this, Mr. Chen practiced in the Hangzhou office of a leading Shanghai law firm.

Mandarin and English

Mr. Chen is a qualified Chinese lawyer and is currently a member of the All-China Bar Association.

Mr. Chen obtained his Bachelor of Laws and his Master of Laws at Zhejiang Gongshang University, formerly known as the Hangzhou Institute of Commerce.
