Career
Mr. Deng started to practice law in 1988. During his long time corporate practice, Mr. Deng has been the leader in the market. His achievements include, among others, his successful advice on the establishment of the first department store as a joint venture in China. He also advised on corporate reorganization and listing.
Mr. Deng has authored, by himself or jointly, while his practice, the Comparative Research on the Sino-Foreign Investment Act, Research on Legal Problems Concerning Attracting Foreign Investment in Chinese Coastal Regions, and Legal Research on the Compensation System of the Use of Nation-Possessed Lands. His translation works include American Uniform Partnership Act and American Uniform Limited Partnership Act.
Mr. Deng is a partner of JunHe. Mr. Deng joined JunHe in 1994 and currently practices at our Shanghai office.
