Mr. Liu joined JunHe in 2010 and has been based in Beijing Head Office. After joining JunHe, Mr. Liu is mainly engaged in litigation and arbitration. He specializes in dispute resolution on cases with respect to product liability, construction project, company equities and JV contract. Mr. Liu also advises on general corporate matters for transnational companies and major enterprises, and has extensive experience in enterprise compliance management, legal risk assessment for major projects, as well as resolution of potential disputes.
