Ryosuke Isaji, who has been based at our New York office since 2022, is resident in the Silicon Valley office as its Representative. Mr. Isaji is admitted in California and New York and is also qualified in Japan,
In addition, David G. Odrich, who is admitted in California and New York and has extensive experience in corporate law and cross-border matters in the United States, practices from both our Silicon Valley and New York offices.

Working closely with our New York office and building on the experience and network we have developed in the United States over many years, the Silicon Valley office will further strengthen our on-the-ground capabilities in handling the increasing number of matters related to the U.S. West Coast.
