Shejal Verma is a foreign law partner in the Tokyo office of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. She is dual-qualified (India and the UK) . Her practice covers a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity investments, and business and asset purchases. She brings over a decade of cross-border experience to advising clients on complex transactions across a variety of sectors. Before joining Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, Shejal began her career at one of India’s leading law firms, where she advised on some of the region’s most significant corporate deals.
