• Representing clients in complex commercial and cross-border disputes in relation to commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreement, corporate governance, unfairly prejudicial conduct etc
• Representing banks and other financial institutions in secured and unsecured banking litigation, recovery and enforcement actions
• Representing clients in winding-up and bankruptcy proceedings
• Representing clients in arbitration proceedings and enforcement of arbitral awards and injunctive reliefs in arbitration proceedings
• Representing clients in land-related disputes and tenancy disputes
• Handling employment-related dispute, privacy and discrimination matters
• Advising trustees-in-bankruptcy, banks and other financial institutions on insolvency matters
