Handling complex cross-border commercial disputes, including experiences in successfully challenging the Hong Kong Court’s jurisdiction in winding up cases in the Chinese Mainland, resulting in a stay of the Hong Kong proceedings Handling a wide range of contractual disputes and shareholder disputes and taking out various interlocutory reliefs favourable to clients, including applications for third party discovery, pre-action discovery, striking out of pleadings, and interim injunction Representing victims of fraud and online scams in recovery and tracing proceedings, successfully securing the return of losses for clients Acting for various stakeholders (creditors, debtors, liquidators, and trustees in bankruptcy) in multiple winding-up and bankruptcy matters, as well as related appeal proceedings Advising on and handling land and tenancy litigation, encompassing adverse possession claims, lease disputes, breaches of deed of mutual covenant, and related issues. Advising on various employment and labour disputes, covering unreasonable dismissal, review of employment contract terms, and proceedings before the Labour Tribunal.
