• Handling shareholder disputes in either court or arbitration arising from breaches of joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association of a JV company
• Seeking remedies on behalf of minority shareholders who are oppressed by majority shareholders
• Handling commercial disputes in either court or arbitration arising from breaches of contracts, such as consultancy agreements, distribution agreements, logistics agreements, share option agreements etc
• Obtaining injunctions and interim relief in aid of arbitration
• Acting as arbitrator in disputes arising out of commercial contracts
• Advising on general corporate and commercial matters
• Handling loan recovery matters on behalf of financial institutions

Building and Construction

• Handling disputes concerning programming, delays, quantum, defects and other contractual disputes arising from construction projects on behalf of developers and main contractors
• General advice on claims for additional works on a quantum meruit basis
