• Legal adviser of various Incorporated Owners and Management Companies for building and management issues
• Member of a special team formed to advise Hong Kong Housing Authority on the transfer of title of shopping malls to “LINK”, a REIT listing vehicle in Hong Kong and to prepare legal documentation.
• Advising developer clients on compliance issues under the Residential Properties (First-hand) Sales Ordinance Cap.621 and providing full legal services for compliance work thereunder
