Ms. Shen has been joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2017 and has had the position of Partner since September 2022.

September 2011 to June 2017: Studied at the School of Law, China University of Political Science and Law (six-year experimental programme in law), obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree.

Ms. Shen specializes in the areas of Investment and M&A, Foreign Direct Investment, Industrials M&A, Design of Corporate Governance Framework, , and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration..

Ms. Shen provided special legal services for many financial enterprises and financial-like enterprises (such as asset management companies, microfinance companies, and private equity investment funds), large multinational companies, listed companies, and large private enterprises in financial investment activities, equity investment activities, equity acquisition projects, asset acquisition and disposal projects, asset leasing projects, and non-performing assets acquisition and disposal projects, covering the fields of real estate, agriculture and animal husbandry, financial technology, financial lease, etc.

Ms. Shen also serves as permanent legal counsel to state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and major multinational corporations including Kweichow Moutai (Group) Co., Ltd., Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd., Huagui Life Insurance, Beijing Banknote Printing Co., Ltd., China Quality Certification Centre, Olympus, and Hitachi.

In terms of dispute resolution, Ms. Shen is able to design disposal plans or settlement plans for clients’ financial investment projects and help clients complete risk disposal through non-litigation methods, as well as formulate litigation/arbitration plans, provide legal advice and draft legal documents for clients’ investment disputes and contract disputes with others. Ms. Shen has represented clients in numerous litigation cases of diverse types before the People's Courts of Beijing, Nanjing, Changchun, Fuzhou, Kunshan, Wuhu, Xuzhou and other locations, as well as arbitration institutions including the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the Beijing Arbitration Commission. These cases encompassed disputes over share transfers, investment contracts, sales contracts, trade contracts, tortious acts, and labour disputes.

Ms. Shen was named on the “LEGALBAND 2022 China 30 Under 30” list, which aims to recognize 30 outstanding young lawyers in mainland China.

Provided legal services for Phoenix Tours Group’s Series C financing of nearly RMB 700 million. Provided legal services to Charoen Pokphand Group for its whole industry chain project of 30 million white feather broilers settlement in Shehong City. Provided legal services for Beyondsoft’s wholly-owned subsidiary to invest by way of acquisition and capital increase in Jiangsu AsiaEagle Network Technology Co., Ltd. Provided legal services for Financial Street Capital's debt-to-equity swap investment in Suoxinda and the subsequent exit from this investment project. Provided general legal counsel service for Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd.
