With more than 14 years’ experience, Mr. LI is a highly proficient attorney with extensive involvement in the field of International Trade/WTO, whose main practice areas are international trade and cross-border dispute resolution.

Mr. LI has extensive experience in representing the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC), major industry Chambers, domestic and foreign enterprises in WTO dispute resolution negotiates and international trade remedy investigations, such as anti-dumping investigations, Countervailing investigations, Safeguard investigations and US 337 investigations.

Mr. LI is widely recognized as a leading expert in trade remedy cases involving South America and Asia and has participated in more than 60 trade remedy investigations initiated by the United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, the GCC, Brazil, Pakistan, Columbia, Mexico and Argentina.
