Ms. Huan Zheng was graduated from Shandong University School of Law and Fordham University School of Law, with a master’s degree in corporate, banking and finance law. Ms. Zheng was admitted to New York bar in 2011. Before joining JT&N, Ms. Zheng was working as an associate in a law firm in USA. Ms. Huan Zheng specializes in the areas of mergers and acquisition and has participated in various transactions include domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisition, domestic and overseas IPOs, and material assets reorganization of private or state-owned listed companies.
