Jeff has extensive experience in a wide range of cross-border corporate and commercial transactions in the Greater China and Asia Pacific regions, including merger and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, debt financing and corporate restructurings. His clients include major corporate entities, state owned enterprises, private equity funds, financial institutions and asset managers.

Jeff is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and Victoria (Australia). He is also a Notary Public and has an active notarial practice. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
