Crystal has over 15 years of banking and finance experience and has represented a broad base of international and PRC banks, financial institutions, corporates and investors in numerous cross-border financing transactions, syndicated and bilateral loan financing transactions. She also has experience in asset financings, including ship finance transactions and finance lease transactions. She regularly delivers seminars and training to financial institutions and enterprises (including listed companies and SOEs) on cross-border finance, green and sustainability finance.
