Mark has approximately 30 years’ experience specialising in cross-border M&As, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and a range of commercial projects.

Highlights

In a career spanning more than three decades, Mark has worked with clients in the Asia Pacific region on their inbound and outbound M&A, joint venture, private equity and other commercial transactions. He has broad sector experience working on transactions involving logistics, trading, sourcing, retail, fast moving consumer goods, real estate, hospitality, e-commerce, publishing and natural resources.  His clients include blue chip listed and private entities, private equity funds as well as public utilities and statutory bodies.
