Senior Partner

Linh has been a Partner at VILAF since 2000 (before that he had 6 years of working experience for Sinclair Roche & Temperley and Clifford Chance). He has intensive experiences in the corporate, commercial and dispute resolution areas, including construction, insurance, leases, representative offices, contract laws, trading, distribution, and employment matters. He has assisted many foreign investors and financiers in various corporate restructuring transactions and infrastructure projects. Linh has represented clients in a number of landmark litigation and arbitration cases.

Linh has been recommended as a Leading Lawyer by AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers in Dispute Resolution and Litigation since 2014. Benchmark Litigation has considered Linh as Litigation Star since 2018. Chambers and Partners has ranked Linh since 2014 and recently moved Linh’s ranking up to Band 1 in Dispute Resolution in 2023. Since 2019, He has also been listed in Leading Individuals by Legal 500 in Dispute Resolution, and a notable practitioner in Restructuring and Insolvency and Project Development by IFLR 1000.
