Ngan is a Partner at VILAF with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, international joint ventures, project financing, banking transactions, and general banking regulations. She has advised on a wide range of local and cross-border transactions, particularly in M&A, corporate restructuring, and offshore lending. Ngan graduated from Hanoi Law University in 2006 and earned her Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore in 2011.
