Lam was a former legal policy researcher in a ministerial agency of the Government of Vietnam. Lam joined VILAF Hanoi in 2008 and has been promoted to VILAF Partner in 2022. Lam specializes in Energy & Infrastructure, Corporate and M&A, and Capital Market.
