Maythawee  Maythawee joined Siam Premier as a partner in 2022.  Over 25 years experience, he has advised creditors, liquidators, planners, plan administrators, special managers and debtors on all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious corporate lending, bankruptcy, large business reorganizations and complex restructuring and insolvency matters. In his distressed debt practice, Maythawee provides strategic advice in relation to settlement, recovery and enforcement strategies, business and asset reorganization.

Maythawee has acted extensively for investors in negotiating and documenting multi-national cross-border investors for complex M&A transactions in Thailand, and for bank steering committees in negotiating and documenting multi-bank cross-border corporate workouts and court-supervised reorganizations. He has also acted for both local and international clients based in Thailand and offshore for distressed assets sales and purchases.
