Somchai is a skilled and experienced litigator, having achieved numerous negotiated and litigated outcomes for large foreign and domestic clients, including in relation to sensitive labour and employment, telecommunications, banking, and business rehabilitation matters.

Somchai regularly advises and represents clients on complex disputes in all major Thai courts concerning criminal and civil law, public law, corporate and commercial matters, labour and employment law, bankruptcy and reorganization law. His experience in ADR extends to mediation, conciliation and arbitration. Somchai was admitted to the Lawyer’s Association of Thailand in 2000, and also holds Notarial Service Attorney License and Labor Relations Advisor License.
