Julie specialises in banking and finance, regularly acting for financial institutions as well as major corporates, REITs, venture debt firms and private credit firms in domestic and cross-border financings. Her practice includes acting on regional and domestic syndicated loans, structured and acquisition financings and debt restructurings. Julie has acted as transactional counsel on the financing of a number of high-profile development projects both in Singapore and the region in various sectors, particularly in the solar space.

In addition to being qualified in Singapore, Julie previously practised in London with international firms and is a practising solicitor of England and Wales, registered with the Solicitors Regulatory Authority of the UK.
