Praiya holds an M.A. in economics law and an LL.B. (Second Class Honours) in business law from Chulalongkorn University. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association. Praiya is a notarial services attorney.
Praiya has over 17 years of experience practising corporate law, foreign direct investment, business reorganisation, commercial law, and employment law. She has extensive experience assisting both domestic and international clients in establishing their business operations in Thailand, as well as providing advice on relevant laws governing foreign investment, e-commerce, personal data protection and cross-border transactions.
Praiya was recommended for Corporate and M&A by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific from 2021 to 2024 and was named a Thailand Rising Star by Asian Legal Business (ALB) in 2023.
