Amy is an experienced litigator. She advises trustees and employers on all aspects of pensions litigation, including professional negligence claims, actions to rectify errors in pension scheme documentation applications to the High Court for declaratory relief and member complaints (both under schemes’ internal dispute resolution procedures and to the Pensions Ombudsman).

Amy has particular experience of resolving claims via mediation, where she obtained a number of successful outcomes for clients.

As well as acting for clients in proceedings before the Court and the Ombudsman, her practice involves supporting clients with strategies to manage risk and prevent disputes from arising.  Amy enjoys helping clients to find pragmatic solutions to issues which might otherwise become contentious.
