Jiang Jiou specialises in foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.

Mr. Jiang has represented domestic and foreign investors in the incorporation of foreign invested enterprises, equity transfer, restructuring, M&As, liquidation, and dispute resolution. He advises on document preparation, negotiations and China law.

He regularly counsels many foreign companies and their invested enterprises in China, assisting with routine legal matters, and drafting and reviewing of legal documents.

He is also experienced in real estate transactions with respect to real estate development, construction, sales, leases, transfers, mortgages, and registration.

Mr. Jiang was named a “Leading Individual” in Real Estate and Construction in China by the Legal 500 in 2015.

He received his LL.B. from Shanghai Jiaotong University and his LL.M. in international business law from the East China University of Political Science and Law.
