Mr. Zhang Yongliang specializes in corporate M&A, securities and international investment.

In the securities sector, Mr. Zhang assisted many medium and large-sized enterprises and start-up companies with their onshore and offshore listings. The listed companies he has advised cover a wide variety of areas, including energy, automotive, steel, pharmaceutical, biochemical, textile, advertising, food, internet and software industries. The stock exchanges concerned include domestic stock exchanges, HKEx, NYSE, NASDAQ, SGX, VSE and ASX. In corporate M&A, he has advised listed companies on domestic and cross-border M&A projects in finance, real estate, energy, internet, film, healthcare and manufacturing. His rich experience in M&A came from projects undertaken in the US, the EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Kazakhstan.
