Ye Guojun (George) specialises in domestic/offshore IPOs, M&A, PE, as well as foreign direct investment.

Mr. Ye has extensive practical experience in IPOs, listed companies restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. He has participated in restructuring, reorganization and domestic/offshore IPOs of numerous companies involving chemical, automotive, medical, real estate and other industries.

Mr. Ye also has more than four years of work experience in a US law firm focusing on FDI and outbound investment practices. Mr. Ye represented many Chinese companies with regard to their cross-border acquisition or investment in foreign countries, such as Germany, USA, Czech and Zimbabwe.
