Mr. Hao Zhaohui specializes in bankruptcy reorganization of listed companies and conglomerates, debt restructuring, bond default response and non-performing asset investment.

With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Hao has advised dozens of listed companies, financial institutions and bond managers on bankruptcy reorganization, administrative liquidation and reorganization, non-performing assets and special situation investment, and response to bond defaults. He has obtained extensive experience from his previous major matters, including the reorganization of Shanghai Chaori Solar Energy Science &Technology Co., Ltd, reorganization of Shanghai Worldbest Co., Ltd., liquidation of China Worldbest Group Co. Ltd., reorganization of Nantong Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd., reorganization of Henan Xinfei Household Appliance Group Co., Ltd., bond default response for Fuguiniao Co., Ltd.. As an administrator or counsel, he has developed various solutions to complex debt restructuring issues in a number of restructuring projects.

From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Hao has been consecutively ranked as a Leading Lawyer by Chambers Asia Pacific Guide.
