Laurence is a skilled property litigator. He has expertise in all areas of property litigation including rights of way and other easements, both commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession claims, removal of squatters/trespassers, modification of restrictive covenants, boundary disputes and residential possession claims.

Laurence is also a certified mediator.
